In case of damage during transport by the carrier, we will refund the value of the product or return a new one, without shipping costs. The shipment, in this case, is totally free for the Customer and the delivery costs are at our expense.

The warranty for vector damage only applies to Italy. Ilpiccoloprincipe016.it will refund the amount spent or replace the damaged products immediately after receiving the mail. If you choose the refund, we will issue it with the payment system you choose between Paypal and PostePay.

How does it work?

Within 5 days of receipt of the neck (it will make the proof of delivery of the courier) send an email to info@ilpiccoloprincipe016.it indicating the order number and attaching at least 3 photos compromising the damage.

In the reply email you will receive all instructions to activate the refund procedure or free replacement of damaged items.

Remember that you can activate the return/replacement procedure only if during delivery you will have indicated to the courier the acceptance of the neck with check reserve, indicating the specific reserve (e.g. damaged package, wet, bruised, etc.).

RESOURCES OF REPRESENTATION

If the order does not suit you and you want to return the purchased goods, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the neck, only with an email, specifying the reason. We will refund the price of the purchased product.
